Planning

3D Scan & Digital Building Twin

By using Building Information Modeling (BIM), we make the entire renovation process more efficient. BIM standardizes and automates planning, manufacturing, and execution. Facade and roof elements, pipelines, and other components to be produced in the factory must be precisely designed and manufactured to fit the existing building. The process begins with a three-dimensional, highly accurate laser scan of the building, creating a detailed point cloud. This point cloud is used to develop a 3D building model—a digital twin of the property. The digital twin serves as the foundation for fast, cost-effective planning and execution of your renovation project.

Production

Prefabrication in the Factory

With prefabrication, up to 80% of the work shifts from the construction site to the factory. This approach increases renovation capacity and significantly shortens construction times. Our factory-produced facade modules come fully equipped with insulation, windows, summer insulation, and ventilation. Most required building services can also be integrated into the facade as needed. A scalable, reliable solution depends on strong supply chains. Our partners include some of the largest timber construction and prefabricated building manufacturers in Europe, ensuring short logistics routes to every state in Germany.

Assembly

Assembly On Site

The completed facade and roof elements, along with a photovoltaic system and an air-to-water heat pump, are installed on site within just a few weeks. Our specially trained teams ensure the highest quality and reliability throughout the process. Thanks to a high level of prefabrication, renovations can be carried out with minimal disruption, even while the building is occupied.

Building operation

Climate-Neutral Building Operation

Factory prefabrication delivers significant quality advantages that help reduce future operating and maintenance costs. Our approach consistently achieves higher energy efficiency in building operations, from low-temperature systems up to NetZero standards. When NetZero requirements are met, the building is considered greenhouse gas neutral. In this state, the building can generate the energy needed for heating, hot water, and household electricity on its own.
