How Serial Renovation Works at ecoworks
With serial renovation, we bring digitalization and industrialization to residential buildings. Our prefabricated façade elements come equipped with insulation, windows, thermal protection, and ventilation systems all installed at the factory. When needed, new utility lines can be routed along the exterior. This approach shortens construction times, minimizes disruptions, and delivers higher quality making modernization more cost-effective and climate-friendly.
If desired, we can deliver NetZero standards. Buildings generate their own energy for heating, hot water, and electricity thanks to rooftop solar panels. Serial renovation also makes it possible to expand living space for example by adding balconies or building upward up to nine full stories.
Fassadenelemente
Unsere Fassadenelemente werden bereits ab Werk mit Dämmung, Fenstern, Wärmeschutz und Wohnraumlüftungen ausgestattet. Außerdem lassen sich auch neue Stränge für Heizung, Kalt- und Warmwasser, Zirkulation und Elektrik über die Fassade führen.
Energieversorgung
Wir können die Wärmeerzeugung des zu sanierenden Gebäudes niedertemperaturfähig und somit nachhaltig erneuern und auf Wunsch NetZero Betrieb herstellen. Die benötigte Energie für Heizen, Warmwasser und Haushaltsstrom werden dann vom Gebäude selbst erzeugt.
Kellerdeckendämmung
Um den Energieverlust weiter zu reduzieren, nehmen wir eine Dämmung der Kellerdecke vor.
Dachelemente
Mit in der Fabrik vorgefertigten Dachelementen erneuern wir das Dach und belegen die Dachflächen mit Photovoltaik-Modulen. ecoworks hat spezielle Verfahren zur Konstruktion eines Gebäudedachs unter Verwendung modularer Dachelemente, sowie die entsprechenden Dachelemente an sich entwickelt.
Wohnraumerweiterung
Durch serielle energetische Sanierung kann nicht nur Wohnraum gesichert, sondern durch Nachverdichtung auch zusätzliche Wohnfläche geschaffen werden. Mithilfe unserer Fertigungspartner können wir neuen attraktiven Wohnraum über eine Dachaufstockung von bis zu vier Vollgeschossen auf dem Bestandsgebäude schaffen. Dachgeschossausbau und Loggien sind ebenfalls möglich.
Balkone
Aufgeständerte Balkonanlagen können als multifunktionale Bauelemente eingesetzt werden, um zusätzlichen Wohnraum zu schaffen und gleichzeitig die Attraktivität und Funktionalität eines Gebäudes zu erhöhen. Sie bieten den Mietenden zusätzlichen Platz, der flexibel als Freiluft-Wohnzimmer, Abstellbereich oder Gartenersatz genutzt werden kann.
Facade Elements
Our facade elements come factory-equipped with insulation, windows, thermal protection, and ventilation systems. New lines for heating, cold and hot water, circulation, and electricity can also be easily routed along the exterior.
Energy Supply
We can renew the heat generation of the building to be renovated at a low temperature and therefore sustainably and, upon request, establish NetZero operation. The energy required for heating, hot water and household electricity is then generated by the building itself.
Basement Insulation
To further reduce energy loss, we efficiently and sustainably insulate the basement ceiling. This keeps more warmth inside the building and noticeably lowers energy costs.
Roof Elements
Our industrially prefabricated roof elements allow for fast roof renovations and easy integration of solar panels. Using our proprietary methods and modules, we renew roofs in a cost-effective and climate-friendly way.With manufactured roof elements, we replace the roof and cover the roof areas with photovoltaic modules.
Living Space Expansion
Serial renovation not only preserves existing living space but also creates new areas through densification. Through our partners, we add rooftop extensions of up to four full stories, as well as convert attics and add loggias.
Balconies
Freestanding balcony systems offer greater living comfort and flexibility as multifunctional building elements. They provide additional outdoor space that can be used as an open-air living room, storage area, or even a garden substitute.Upright balcony systems can be planned and installed quickly and easily to create new living space.
