The international trade fair for real estate and investments EXPO REAL is one of the most important real estate trade fairs in Europe and therefore offers a comprehensive overview of developments, topics, innovations and solutions in the real estate industry. In this way, it provides the necessary orientation in a time of upheaval.
Am Monday, October 6, 2025, from 15:00 — 15:50 is our founder and CEO Emanuel Heisenberg in EXPO REAL Flexible Housing Forum, Hall B3, Booth 420, as a speaker on the topic “Restructuring practice in districts - opportunities, risks, side effects” active.

16.10.2025: Energiesprong Convention in Berlin. Organizer: dena
Die Energiesprong Convention is the industry meeting for serial restructuring. Restructuring will be easy, fast, affordable and good — and therefore scalable. With digital processes, prefabrication, sustainable solutions and an eye on the people who live in buildings. At the convention, success stories, knowledge and concrete concepts are shared and shown what works and where there are still problems.
On the “Marketplace of Solutions”, leading construction companies such as ecoworks present their concepts for serial refurbishment — tried and tested, concrete, scalable. We'll show you what's already happening today and what's next.

Die Kommunale 2025 is a nationwide trade fair and conference for municipal supplies. The trade fair's wide range of products, the nationwide congress and the diverse supporting program connect actors from local politics with business, present current trends and provide assistance for municipal challenges.
With his presentation: “Fast, Affordable, Climate-Friendly: Serial and Modular Construction in Municipalities,” Sebastian Eck will be Ecoworks Customer Success Lead at Wednesday, 22/10/2025, from 16:00 - 16:30 in Hall 8, Booth 505, discuss the potential and relevance of the innovative renovation solution using a project example from a municipal housing company.
