2025 Year in Review

2025 was a dynamic year for ecoworks, full of exciting projects and important milestones. Numerous projects were successfully completed, while others moved into execution – including our first serial district renovation — a key step in making existing buildings scalable and climate-ready.

The year was defined by progress, collaboration, and continuous efforts to make existing buildings sustainable and future-proof. Along the way, processes were optimized, new solutions tested, and the foundation laid for future projects.

On the organizational side, ecoworks became a GdW supporting member, was internationally nominated for the Global ESG Award, and won the German Sustainability Award.

Looking ahead to 2026, many new projects are ready to start, with more already in planning. The goal remains the same: making existing buildings sustainable, future-proof, and livable.
